KIT and Mindfulice expose you to the wonderful world of Ice swimming
A unique experience for learning techniques and dealing with challenges
Traveling with World Wide Mindfulness - Exposes you to the wonderful world of ice and the cold!
21-24.7.2022 - Hintertux, Austria.
4 days in which each of us will have a unique life experience ,in which we will learn through the cold, techniques for dealing with everyday challenges.
We will swim in frozen lakes, and inside the 'ice cave' (a world unique site of a natural ice cave, in which the water Temp. drops to around minus (-0.5C) degrees Celsius).
With the Alps surrounding us and Glaciers between us.
We will practice mindfulness, Yoga, Breathing as powerful techniques and methods for focus and mindfulness in your own life.
Josef Koeberl will lead and the entire workshop studies, training, and will be our guide through the World of Ice and Cold. Josef is well-known ice swimmer, lecturer, and instructor. holding several world records and significant achievement in exposure to the cold.

💦The price of participating in the workshop: Є1490 EURO that includes:
🏨Hotel Accommodation in Hintertux, Austria on a full board basis (2 meals/day)
❇️Cable car Ski Pass & Entrance to the Ice Cave site
✅Participation fees in the workshop.
📃At the end of the workshop, participants will receive a certificate - exposure workshop for cold.
⚠️The price does NOT include: Travel insurance, airfares and arrival from the airport to the site. ✈️
